How to Measure

Bras

For the most part, You! Lingerie bras are true to size. However, due to the change in size that accompanies pregnancy and breastfeeding, we recommend getting professionally fitted at any lingerie store near you to find out your true size as errors are more likely with self measurements. If you are unable to get a professional fitting, have someone other than yourself take your measurements as it is usually more accurate.
We recommend wearing a non padded bra and using a soft tape measure to do this. This bra can be underwire or wireless, your choice. Make sure your breasts are not sagging; If they are, adjust your straps by tightening them until the crest of your breasts is approximately half way between your shoulder and your elbow.

STEP 1: MEASURING YOUR BAND SIZE
Your band size is the circumference measurement around your rib cage. Holding the measuring tape parallel to the ground, measure around your rib cage directly under your bust after exhaling. Round the measurement to the nearest whole inch number, up or down.
Using this number, see our band size chart below and find your measurement and your estimated band size.

IMPORTANT NOTE: For band measurements 39 inches and higher, the band size should be the closest higher even number to your actual measurement.  A 41 inch and a 41.5 inch measurement are both equal to a 42 band.

STEP 2: MEASURING YOUR BUST SIZE
Continue to keep the measuring tape parallel to the ground and measure around the fullest part of your bust. Make sure you are standing straight with your arms at your side. Round the measurement up or down to the nearest whole number like you did previously in Step 1.

STEP 3: CALCULATING YOUR CUP SIZE
Subtract the band size measurement (number from step 1) from the bust size measurement (number from step 2). This number represents your cup size. For every inch in difference the cup size goes up one size starting at A for one inch difference, B for two inches difference, C for three inches difference and so on.
For example, if bust size is 35 and band size is 32, your cup size is:
35" - 32" = 3" = C
Bra size is 32C
