How to Measure

Bras

For the most part, You! Lingerie bras are true to size. However, due to the change in size that accompanies pregnancy and breastfeeding, we recommend getting professionally fitted at any lingerie store near you to find out your true size as errors are more likely with self measurements. If you are unable to get a professional fitting, have someone other than yourself take your measurements as it is usually more accurate.
We recommend wearing a non padded bra and using a soft tape measure to do this. This bra can be underwire or wireless, your choice. Make sure your breasts are not sagging; If they are, adjust your straps by tightening them until the crest of your breasts is approximately half way between your shoulder and your elbow.

STEP 1: MEASURING YOUR BAND SIZE
Your band size is the circumference measurement around your rib cage. Holding the measuring tape parallel to the ground, measure around your rib cage directly under your bust after exhaling. Round the measurement to the nearest whole inch number, up or down.
Using this number, see our band size chart below and find your measurement and your estimated band size.

IMPORTANT NOTE: For band measurements 39 inches and higher, the band size should be the closest higher even number to your actual measurement.  A 41 inch and a 41.5 inch measurement are both equal to a 42 band.

STEP 2: MEASURING YOUR BUST SIZE
Continue to keep the measuring tape parallel to the ground and measure around the fullest part of your bust. Make sure you are standing straight with your arms at your side. Round the measurement up or down to the nearest whole number like you did previously in Step 1.

STEP 3: CALCULATING YOUR CUP SIZE
Subtract the band size measurement (number from step 1) from the bust size measurement (number from step 2). This number represents your cup size. For every inch in difference the cup size goes up one size starting at A for one inch difference, B for two inches difference, C for three inches difference and so on.
For example, if bust size is 35 and band size is 32, your cup size is:
35" - 32" = 3" = C
Bra size is 32C

Buying Tips for Men

View
Buying your Lady the perfect lingerie  - Let us help you !

- Know Your Lady's Size
We all know its difficult to select a well-fitting lingerie set based on guesswork - a smaller or larger size is likely to offend,  so do your homework & equip yourself with some sizes. Asking her upfront will give the game away so its a good idea to have a sneaky peek in her drawers and check the labels. If you cant do this, perhaps ask her best friend who will probably know. By size, we mean both bra & knickers.
As a general rule, dress size is best for choosing the correct knicker size. For the Bra, labels are normally located on the band at the back where it fastens. You are looking for a band size eg. 30, 32, 34 etc AND a cup size eg. A, B, C etc. Check a few items & write them down or save them in your phone.

 - Style & Shape
Whats her style ? Is she a fashionista, vintage dresser or classic ? Does she mainly wear black or colours? Does she wear thongs or briefs? Getting this right will show how well you know her. The same rule applies to bras. Does she wear padded or unpadded & sheer?
Remember, presenting a lady with a thong who generally wears briefs or boyshorts will be met with " but when have you ever seen me wear a thong? " expression. However if she more adventurous, maybe try a peekaboo - fun for her & for you!  But ultimately do remember this gift is for her, as much as you will undoubtedly enjoy her in it.  She should want to wear it, whether just in the bedroom or under her day or evening wear.

 - Fabric
Women tend to buy practical lingerie, so selecting something more glamorous will earn you points! Luxurious fabrics such as silk and lace feel good to touch as well as feeling amazing on her skin. This in turn will make her feel treasured and sexy.

- Finishing Touches
Stockings, tights or holdups ? For a sexy look always include some stockings or hold ups with your gift. Some ladies have never worn stockings & might require a little encouragement. Buying a matching suspender belt with her lingerie set is a good opportunity to treat her with a full set that she might not normally afford.

Remember this is a really special treat with lots of potential for naughty fun! Impress her with your new found lingerie knowledge and give her a gorgeous gift that fits perfectly in a colour & style she loves and feels amazing in.

Follow these guidelines & you cant go wrong!
